CTPAT Form

This form is provided to Garaga employees so that you can, anonymously if you prefer, report internal problems related to Garaga's security.

You can be assured that all reports will be investigated and corrective measures implemented if necessary.

Examples of internal security-related issues: Theft, fraud, internal conspiracies, broken equipment, sale of fraudulent material, use of drugs during work hours, etc.
