Reimbursement Request Form - Grandfathered Marketing Agreement

With the Grandfathered Marketing Agreement, Garaga partners with you to jointly advertise and promote your business along with the Garaga brands. ​

This form allows you to send us your requests for reimbursement for advertising investments authorized by Garaga. No request sent by email will be accepted. ​

The annual amount reimbursed will be equivalent to a maximum of 2.5% of your annual eligible purchases OR the maximum amount specified in your Annual Commercial Agreement.​

Credit available: up to 50% of the amount invested per media.​

IMPORTANT ​

  • All required documents (invoices and proof of use of the Garaga brands) to receive credit must be provided in the same request. If any document is missing, your request will not be processed. ​
  • Advertising investments made in other media than those authorized by Garaga and specified in your Annual Commercial Agreement are not eligible.​
  • Credits will be applied to your Garaga account 4 times a year, on the first business day following July 1, October 1, January 1 and April 1. It is therefore recommended that your requests are sent to us 4 times a year. If there is a delay in sending in requests, none of them will be carried over to the next year. ​

Examples​

  • Newspaper or Magazine: the tearsheet for each publication date from the newspaper or magazine (the original and full page)​
  • Radio: the copy of the radio station’s proof of broadcast AND the audio file (MP3/MP4) or a copy of the script coming from the radio station where the campaign was broadcast​
  • Home show (cost of renting the space and electricity only): 3 photos of your booth (from different angles and a full view of the booth)​
  • Billboards: a copy of the supplier’s proof of posting including a photo of each entire billboard (full view) and the dates of the campaign​
  • Etc.
